Student Group

We welcome students in grades 7-12 who live in or attend school in La Cañada Flintridge and have an interest in learning about other cultures and diplomacy.  Students are invited to join this international awareness organization that provides  opportunities to develop international leadership skills and  to acquire a unique appreciation of other cultures. Students meet during the school year, on a quarterly basis usually on Sunday afternoons for specially planned activities that focus on global awareness.  

Our Group has an student Executive Board to lead the group and plan its activities.   The Board includes President, Vice President, Secretary, Public Relations Chair and Membership Chair.   Applications for these positions are available each year in August or September.  The Student Group Board Members meet monthly through the school year to plan the group activities.
